Japanese Quick Meals: Meat Soboro

Wednesday, March 2, 2011

I don't cook often, but when I am feeling the mood to cook, I try my best. I have cooked Meat Soboro several times before and I really love how simple and delicious this recipe is. I used lean ground beef for the soboro and for veggies I used Chinese Gai Lian. The meat soboro has such a overpowering taste that I just did a stir fry on the veggies to counter the taste of the meal and sprinkle some salmon nori flakes. Indulge!

Through my days of bento making I follow her blog for great and simple recipes. Her recipes are not just simple but delicious and healthy that won't break your wallet!

I also love Cooking with Dog on youtube. They teach you how to make Japanese Dishes with simple directions. Even if you don't want to cook it is still fun to watch and the narrator has such a weird accent that is quite entertaining. Francis is so cute! Well if your like me I just get really hungry watching it.

Hungry yet?
